Moreover they have a non-refundable deposit of around 3000Rs. I think this 'non-
refundable' deposit things is one of the most evilish of the armours that many 
chennai companies (in particular; as far as i have seen) resort to as a shield 
for their poor service; to lock down the user with his money.

And found one unadvertised-as-yet scheme of touchtel while talking to one of 
their customer care reps. Its an unlimited bandwidth @ 64kbps for about 
1000Rs/month.Though the speed is low, i think overall it would be a good value 
package. (yet to tryout.)
