The scheme you are talking about is
1. 128 kbps; hour based
2. includes your phone rental and 200Rs worth of talk time.

where as this scheme is
1. 64 kbps; unlimited *download*;always on scheme
2. does not include any phone things. its costs about 800Rs/month for
dsl alone. you have to deal with your phone separately.
