Very very neat and simple. Great  job! I guess google has affected all
our lives in terms of UI design ;)

A few things to comment on:

1. The 'search box' should probably give credit to google.

2. The 'Subscribe'  bar on the left  should probably not  talk about a
   'spanking new Mailman'  :) I think that text was  added in 2002 and
   its a 'spanking new two year old Mailman' ;)

3. I  personally find  all those  icons  under the  'site powered  by'
   section very obtrusive.  Maybe you can move them  out somewhere? or
   make them smaller?  Or if you  think it needs to be there, fine let
   it say :)

Great job! keep up the enthu!
