[Ilugc] about ldap

hello all

When I try to start slapd i get the following printout 


[root at fully libexec]# pwd
/usr/local/libexec

[root at fully libexec]# /usr/local/libexec/slapd -f
/usr/local/etc/openldap/slapd.conf
/usr/local/libexec/slapd: error while loading shared libraries:
libdb-4.2.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

but my libdb-4.2.so is under
/usr/local/lib/libdb-4.2.so


what might be problems
