[Ilugc] ILUGC - Should'nt the name should change

GNU is not necessarily tied/limited to Linux. And I don't see any reason
why we need to co-brand GNU & Linux. GNU is a larger entity that can
very well exist on its own. Infact, if you want people to know about GNU
then tell them about GNU. Even M$ users can use GNU tools. For
example emacs, cygwin . And, I feel this can also be one way to introduce
users to Linux, (via GNU). Show them what GNU tools can do for them, then
tell them how they can get more out of it if they move to Linux. Even
the transition becomes smoother.
