emacs supports the mouse is something on an equivalent scale to "emacs
has cute, sharp and clear fonts" etc.
all these are bolt-ons for what is basically a CLI tool, so that you'd
have to do more than the normal amount of work with a mouse for what a
single M-[x][y] or C-[x][y] keypress would do for you.
