[Ilugc] Ubuntu CDs - customs CALL MEMO !!!

hii,
Hii Everybody, 
   i too got around thirty ubuntu cds... last month.. but i didn't
have to pay any customs duty... there is some problem .. my friends
too got loads of cds but only two of them didn't have to pay the
customs duty.. some had to part with few of the cds... i received the
cds from some netherland address...No idea what the problem is ....
