[Ilugc] Ubuntu CDs - customs CALL MEMO !!!

today i received my pack of some 30+ cds
need to pay 330 Rs.
my dad thought it was some online thing that i ordered..(COD! )
wats the reason for asking money during such a delivery of free software?

Note: Anyone in coimbatore interested in Ubuntu, mail me, and don
forget to give me 10 Rs per cd, since i need to pay for it :( ....
