[Ilugc] help - How to reload class files in WebSphere on linux

Hi!

I need help on setup WebSphere on Linux. I have
completed the installation of WebSphere5.1 on Linux
server and deployed the application as well.

During the development, any changes on the class files
(compiled java files) changes are not reflected
immediately. When I restart the application then the
changes are reflected.

Please let me know anybody have the solution for this
issue.
