[Ilugc] BSNL Broadband connection not working in Linux(Debian Sarge)

  Interesting. I got my DataOne installation in early February, and
they supplied a UT-300R (predecessor to the one you've got). It
required absolutely no configuration. I use RP-PPPoE on a RouterLinux
box on my LAN to connect to it using adsl-start, etc.

  Hmm, should be some kind of encapsulation to allow PPPoE on the LAN
side - what are the options?
