Linux Training

Last week I have attended 5 days training on new plus 1 Computer Science 
Syllabus organized by  Dept. of Education.

Half day is allotted for Star Office and Linux learning [ based on text 
book content ]

Two People from CDAC-Mumbai gave training in [ Ripul Metha and X ]

1) Introduction to Linux [ Brief ]

2) Bash Shell,

3) Shell scripts [ Brief ] also about the gcc compiler [ on request ]

The demo was given in Knoppix 3.7. Also a lab exercise was done.

Intel People gave a demo on "Learning Management System" which is 
completely open source.

They gave a demo on "moodle"
