"Coolie" is an offensive name for unskilled labourers, of Asian origin 
in particular, and it is disgusting to call programmers as "coolies".  
The name and site http://codecoolies.in/ is a poor joke that could only 
hurt people, in the light of the history associated with the word 
"coolie".  If the living conditions of programmers are seriously as bad 
as "coolies", we need to think of ways and means to improve their lot.
