FYI I've been using GNU/Linux for the past seven years, and I do use the
command line many a times.  So, my point is that "experienced" users need not
use the command line all the time, like for example, for stop/start the
network, I find it easy to click on the "Network" icon in the panel (GNOME)
rather than opening a terminal and running "sudo /etc/init.d/network restart".
