[Ilugc] Hard disk driver problem

Hi all,

        Recently I installed FC4 on my IBM ThinkPad. While booting I gets 
this message.

ide0: I/O resource 0x1F0-0x1F7 not free.
ide0: ports already in use, skipping probe

Initially I didn't really notice that. But later I found out that SATA 
driver is being used by the kernel. And my hard disk device files are 
/dev/sda* not /dev/hd*. Does anyone experienced something similar to 
this?. Is it ok to work with this driver? Is there anyway to resolve this 
problem?
