Scheme (the language implemented by guile) is different from elisp
(Emacs Lisp). elisp is slightly different from Lisp. You can find
tonnes of tutorial on the Internet for programming in Scheme.
If you write your game in Scheme, invoking guile bindings in your
C program., I dont think that Scheme program will run as such on
GNU Emacs. Scheme is more generalized., whereas elisp is specific
to Emacs.
