[Ilugc] Tamil Nadu, +1 Syllabus, GNU/Linux

Hope you know about Wipro Premj's Efforts to literate the rural india.
at present they are going to do it in Tamil Nadu with the help of SSA.
Their Objective is "How to use computer ", they have an opertunity to 
introduce Free and Open Software along with GNU /Linux.
but , i think , they use [ promote ] MS based application. [ i am yet to 
get a clear picture ]
