[Ilugc] [Slightly OT]: Sify broadband problems

One commercial user's troubles with Sify broadband (slightly reformatted) -
(the main issue, apart from poor connectivity, is the risk from unregulated
exposed wiring which could quite easily come into contact with HT lines.
On this ground alone, BSNL DataOne wins hands down):
