[Ilugc] [OT]Which broadband connection is suitable/better?

Hi,
I live in Neelankarai and looking for a broadband connection.
My basic requirement is Online video conferencing in day time(10 am to 2pm).
Which connection will suit best to fulfill it?
Pls consider free download(or low charges for each MB download) and 
monthly charges too.
Somebody told me for Airtel/BSNL. But i don't have enough info about it.
 From where can i get these info and whether they are providing 
connection at my location.
What are extra charges?
If any body have the answers, pls reply along with respective contect no 
or address, if he has,
so that i can approach to it.
