The problem is/(seems to be) solved now. Earlier, the Packages files
were actually older than the actual packages themselves, which
resulted in "missing" older packages. Now, the Packages file seems to
be in sync (newer, in most cases) than the packages themselves. So, I
think the problem is fixed.
