Yes, yes. I will let the group know well in advance. By well in advance, I
mean at least three weeks time.

And this need not be restricted to lug members. Any Tom, Dick and Harry is
welcome. Morever since this is going to be absolutely free, I will not be
able to arrange for snacks or DVDs or tea, coffee or food.

One way to tackle this is by asking some company with deep pockets to
sponsor this. In all likelihood this will not happen.

A practical way of solving this problem is making sure that such things are
available in the vicinity. :-) You pay money and have, that is all.

And again, unless someone is willing to spare their video camera, and get
someone to video tape it, I can't do anything.
