Certainly! The steps are as follows:
1) Boot from livecd
2) run grub-install /dev/hda

OR

2) run grub
3) root (hd0,0)
4) setup (hd0)
5) quit

Of course, assuming that /dev/hda is your boot device and /dev/hda1 is your 
primary partition.

It's a two-minute job, assuming that there are no complications...
