[Ilugc] while installing Openoffice

[U M A R]

I got the error while installing opeoffice2 on debian with kernel 2.4 and gcc 3.3.5                  like
 
 libc6>=2.3.5 needed but iam having  2.3.2
 libgcc1>=1:4.0.1 needed
 libstd++ >=4.0.1 neede iam having 3.4.3
 so,In which pacakge i can find above libraries..I tried to instal from my local repository of sarge...but it is showing the same agian...
 how to upgrade the system.......and install openoffice2.0
