A search on google for "debian xorg installation" gave me this article.

It's a step-by-step article how how to replace xfree86 with X.org.
I've tried it in the past(a year back) and it worked.Should work even
now.Try with debian-testing first, I'm sure X.org would have made it
into testing by now.
