Tell us what steps you followed and what the
outputs/warnings/error messages were.

Post output of the following after you insert the
PCMCIA card:

 /sbin/ifconfig -a
 /sbin/iwconfig -a
 /sbin/lsmod
 /sbin/cardctl info
 /sbin/cardctl status
 /bin/dmesg | tail
