[Ilugc] How to convert Photos to VCD in Linux?

-> ImageMagick has good conversion tool.
> e.g > convert -dealy 200 *.jpg video.mpg
> 
> will convert all pictures with jpg extension into
> mpg stream with 2> seconds delay [note: delay is in
1/100 of sec].

In ImageMagick-6.3.1-Q16 :

convert -adjoin -delay 200 file1.jpg file2.jpg
new.mpeg
