I never meant to say chm format == pirated books. I meant "I have seen a 
lot of pirated books to be in chm format". If i make statement "i have 
seen a lot of pirated book as .pdf" it doesn't mean pdf is a platform 
for making pirated books.

Secondly. the books I meant are not just from M$ publications (if at all 
I have seen one like M$ publication) but from others like O'Reilly ( 
books which are not released by O'Reilly as free online ebook version).
