[Ilugc] PCI-X to PCI-e convertion card

Hi All,
       One of our server running linux, only 
one PCI slot available that is PCI-X, we need
PCI-e, is there any converter kind of thing
available to convert from pci-x to pci-e, 
even though the performance is still PCI-X.

  if you have done this or come across pls let me
know.
