[Ilugc] Need to Search and Replace in Files

Hi Friends!!

I need to find and replace in selective files available in a folder &
subfolders of the folder.

Is there any readymade scripts for the same.

My Environment Details

OS : Sun OS 10

using "find" i m able to locate the file, but how do i replace it.

Help me please ........
