Adding to this and my earlier suggestion... another practical problem I've 
seen is when a developer is asked to 'fix' or 'add to' an existing L.A.M.P. 
setup! So, yes, why not get them to tweak an exisitng system -- to some, 
this is more difficult to do than create a new website (which I've seen some 
people do by copy-pasting code!)
