the whole site is badly coded - but it screws up IE as well as  
firefox. In fact this morning first a javascript popup came and I got  
a timed out error. I waited for 30 minutes and found that my 'booked  
tickets' page was blank and that the seat I had tried to book was  
still available. The second time, after entering all details, I got a  
new form from the portal. I clikced on 'help' and again the whole  
thing crashed - but after 5 minutes I got the confirmation mail.
