[Ilugc] linux driver for WG311 sireless PCI Adapter

sir,
       In krishna eng we setup the separate lab for Open source wireless
lab. We installed open source router in that lab. we installed Netgear WG311
PCI adapter in the all the systems. The Netgear WG311 PCI adapter not
working in linux platform. any one please help for

1. Driver for Netgear WG311 PCI adapter for Linux.
2. Working version of the linux.
