[Ilugc] [OT]Organization similar to Peace Corps in India

Hello,
Does anybody know of a national level organization similar to the
Peace Corps(www.peacecorps.gov) in India. Some kind of organization
that taps into the human resources capability of the system. Something
that gives quality, qualified people to make a short term commitment
to volunteer efforts?
