But these are quite different from Peacecorps. Peacecorps will allow
people to volunteer for a reasonably long (few years) period of time
and then go back to whatever are their routine jobs. The commitment is
full time during the period and you get paid during this term. Also
Peacecorps is focussed primarily on developmental activities and
non-militaristic.
