Could you please tell us what you mean by "it shows the address".... I
am not clear here. To extract these addresses one should make sure
that whether it breaches the privacy policy of the telecom company. As
i see this act as   " invasion of privacy".

Taking off from the legal perspective to programmers perspective, such
encrypting technique will not help as one can hit the bsnl.co.in web
site and run a crawling program to submit the form with telephone
exchange owned numbers  something like "28150000"  to "28159999" one
by one, one can get the addresses fairly simple. So squarely Bsnl, if
it encrypts the address, there exists thousand methods to strip the
data. one has to make sure that, is these kind of activities are
permissible under telcom company laws.
