tar: /dev/st0: Cannot write: Input/Output error.

from the further analysis of the problem, we found a problem
with the LSI Logic Corp MPT Boot Rom.

"No supported device found" is the error when booting the system.

we could not understand whats this. So escalated the problem to H/W vendor,
those who installed the Ultra320 SCSI Host Bus Adapter into the system.

Having any idea about this further, please guide me.
