[Ilugc] BOSSes --- any answers?

Hello,

I saw the following post about BOSS:

The GPL and similar licenses do allow you to copy and use as you see
fit so I would not be in a position to deny that freedom.

However, plagiarism smells bad... Looks like someone did not want to
work on the documentation --- at least in English.

The following way of presenting the FAQ would have been satisfactory.

  The BOSS team have been working hard at the localisation of Debian
  software so it can be used in Indian languages. As a result we have
  not had enough time to work on this FAQ. However, since BOSS is
  derived from Debian most of the FAQ for that distribution applies
  equally well to BOSS and so we reproduce it here.
