[Ilugc] Making NetworkManager retry a connection at specific intervals

Hi everyone,

So I have this computer that's connected to the Internet over wi-fi. Now
the thing is, whenever the power fails, the wi-fi router goes down. The
computer then attempts to connect to my network and fails. This is all
expected so far. However, after it fails to connect to the network, it
attempts again anyway and then pauses for me to enter the key to join my
network. I can guarantee at this point that the wi-fi network it is
connecting to simply does not exist.

The problem with this behaviour is that if there is a power failure, the
computer doesn't reconnect to the network like it should. It just sits
there waiting for me to enter a key. When I cancel the key entry window,
it rescans for networks, finds my network and connects just fine.

I can guarantee that it is not connecting to a neighbour's network or
anything.

How do I ensure that it reconnects to this network only when it comes
back without any human intervention on each event?
