If you are new user in Linux, then its little bit difficult to install a
software properly from the source . I suggested to use, BioPuppy Linux,
http://biopuppy.org
It comes with lots of Bioinfo tools by default, includes MGL Tools. The
total size of the OS is less than 200 MB. You can also install BioPuppy &
bring all your bioinfo tools, datas, songs,.etc in your USB pen drive.
