If you are new user in Linux, then its little bit difficult to install a
software properly from the source . I suggested to use, BioPuppy Linux,
It comes with lots of Bioinfo tools by default, includes MGL Tools. The
total size of the OS is less than 200 MB. You can also install BioPuppy &
bring all your bioinfo tools, datas, songs,.etc in your USB pen drive.
Give to the world, good you have;
You will get best what it has.
