[Ilugc] Need a Library Management System

my colleagues (Senthil Anand and Hariram Aathreya) have set up Koha at MIT
Library and at Roja Muthaiah Library. As Kenneth pointed out, Tamil version
is also available.

Dr Tamizhchelvan from Sri Ramakrishna Engg College could be another resource
person -- particularly for Coimbatore region. There are others across the
country.
