[Ilugc] How to deploy a tomcat project on console version

Hi all,
    Recently working was on project called Unicorn it is used to validate
the websites. I want to deploy this project using apache-tomcat. The aim is
this unicorn should be deployed in console version. or can anyone tell me
how to call and deploy a war or jar file using java.
