There is one build master (<grin> proprietery and very cheap actually -- and
I had recoded it in pascal from fortran without a single goto statement way
back in 1993 and then again recoded in c++. One of my proud moments in
software development track).

I can talk to the person for an academic discount.

the designer is M. Tech. (IITB) and knows his elements and nodes very well.

But then there are free (requires registration or something) tools.
