[Ilugc] Free media Volunteers to drive free media Program

Hi all,

I am Arun Prakash . I am a member of Fedora Free-Media Program . We got more and more request everyday , and we are unable to satisfy all the tickets . So thought of forming a free media group within every town or colleges in TamilNadu . These groups will be provided with the distros like Fedora , Ubuntu ,etc., and these volunteers are expected to circulate it within their locality . 

Though this existed very early in ILUGC , it is unmaintained . Now it is the time to maintain it . All the Volunteers will be listed in ILUGC website , so that people could get from them. Interested volunteers are welcomed .
