When booting from the DVD, after skipping the media test, you get the
language selection screen.
Here, press Ctrl+Alt+F2 and get to the terminal
cd to /etc/anaconda.repos.d/ directory
remove
fedora.repo
fedora-updates.repo
fedora-updates-testing.repo
now, switch back to GUI using Alt+F6 and continue with the installation.
It won't wait for network/internet connection for remaining process.
