I was also looking at  ATA to use analog phones with a VoIP provider.

Take a look at <http://www.matrixcomsec.com/>.    They are based out of Baroda.

I came across them @ InterOp 2011 in Mumbai last year.  Product line
up looks good although I do not know if they have the combinations
you are looking for.

I am considering their ATA1S and ATA211 boxes.

Please share your experience with whatever hardware you end up buying.
